Failed flashing t186ref.
I want to know why this is the case.
The SDK version is JetPack5.1.1(R35.3.1).
(An error occurs even when using SDK Manager.)

Is it a DevKit or a custom carrier board?
Please also capture the serial console log here.
This is a DevKit board.
Other Xavier-NX modules operate normally.
(This symptom occurred in two or three out of 300 CPU modules.)

I mean serial console log from the device, not flashing log from the host.
If the issue persists on certain modules, while others are working fine, then sounds like it may be some hardware failure.

It looks like some issues with BPMP/MB1, and if you are sure it only happened on a few modules, while other are still working fine, then please RMA those problematic modules.
