Failed to start Load Kernel Moduled in Jetson Xavier NX

Hi,
I followed the following link to enable virtualization for QEMU on my board,

After that, I find out I have lost access to GUI through VNC Viewer.
When I check with using HDMI cable in a monitor, I get the following in the beginning

I ssh and run the command,
systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service, I get the following

Could you help me to solve it?
