Ideally, an official driver fix from Nvidia would be needed to properly address these issues. 🙏

I bought a 4070 super into a desktop gaming PC, with Ubuntu… and i cannot plays this game which i was waiting is released since years…
I hope a fix will come soon !!
There has been some success with this workaround. (at least until NVidia fixes it in the linux driver.

This is fixed in the vulkan beta drivers Vulkan Driver Support | NVIDIA Developer 570.123.01

Right now it doesn’t look like this driver will work because it presents a new problem.
Mhh i think Hans Kristian is the only one that managed to get the game to start with the dev driver Yet he remains silent after that. It’s a bit odd.
I do not get that error. I run it with the default proton and inside gamescope.
