Jetson Orin Nano 8G
I use the below command to generate factory image dictory according to “README_initrd_flash.txt”.
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh -p "--no-systemimg -c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml" --network usb0 --massflash 1 --no-flash jetson-orin-nano-devkit nvme0n1p1
Then I get the “mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit.tar.gz” and deploy it into the factory computer.
Then Use the Commad below:
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --flash-only
And I get the error result like Timeout in USB, but there is no problem in my computer.

My demmand is just to flash the Qspi. Please help me to solve this problem or tell me the right method to do this.

Couple of things to clarify:
If you only need to flash the QSPI memory, it makes no sense to make a whole massflash package. Also, why are you doing it with only --massflash 1
?
Please try again with either
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --massflash 1 --network usb0 --flash-only
sudo ./flash.sh --no-systemimg -c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml jetson-orin-nano-devkit internal

Beacuse according to the script “l4t_initrd_flash.sh”, it won’t generate the “mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit.tar.gz” if the command without “massflash”.
And, the “mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit.tar.gz” hasn’t got the “flash.sh”.
Flashing only QSPI memory does not require initrd flash.
The command I mentioned is enough.
Run the cmd “sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --massflash 1 --network usb0 --flash-only”

Is the device really put in force recovery mode when you generate the massflash package?

This means the wrong memory config is used.
Unlike flash.sh, initrd flash does not check whether there is any device in RCM when it starts running, and if there is no, it uses the default SKU0 (Orin NX 16GB for P3767) device tree and memory config, which is not suitable for your Orin Nano 8GB.
Is is clearly the more convinient way.
There is no “flash.sh” script in massflash package.

Let the Jetson Orin Nano into Recovery Mode and connect with USB
cd Linux_for_Tegra
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh -p "--no-systemimg -c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml" --network usb0 --massflash 1 --no-flash jetson-orin-nano-devkit nvme0n1p1
to generate “mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit.tar.gz”
Then extract the mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit.tar.gz
into the annother computer.
cd mfi_jetson-orin-nano-devkit
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --massflash 1 --network usb0 --flash-only
