It seems like there are issues with the UFS of the unit. Could you please let me know if you had the unit connected to a surge protector or power switch, or if it was directly connected to the wall? In case you used a surge protector, did it trip?
May I have the part number (940-63710-0010-xxx) and the serial number of the unit? Additionally, when did you receive this unit (approximate date)? Do you have the Sales Order #?
