Get Rid of Decimal Points on Intensity and Radius type inputs

I appreciate the ability for those that want the precision of 15,000.48, but for me, every time I want to change 15,000 to some number, I have to backspace the decimal point and tenths place 0.

For a number in the range of 10,000’s or higher, having a decimal point is a little over kill, don’t you agree?

This should be a separate Topic I am sure, but your system says 'You again? every time I post (in my mind), I think the Scale option should have a lock check box to keep the proportions and let you set 1 value to scale out.
