Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 2060 OC - Ubuntu 22.04 distros - GPU problem

Good day.
My problem happens on every driver. I had to install gcc-12 to compile the driver because it wouldn’t compile. Not work to boot with a 5.15 kernel, but it did boot with 5.19. Even though the driver is installed, it does not work. The problem is with every distribution that is based on ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
I am currently using the nvidia-driver-520-open (open kernel) driver
When I use a proprietary driver, the system does not boot at all.

Previously, this bug was not there, they had to add some update to ubuntu which is buggy. It’s the same on a clean system.

Current Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon distro.

sudo nvidia-smi

You have the “-open” version of the driver installed. Please switch back to the normal proprietary version in Software&Updates

Hi,I’m using the mint21 and also meet this error:

but when I try to open the driver manager to switch to the driver version,it will show me that your computer doesn’t need to additional driver:

so how should I do to get rid of this error ?Hope you can give me some advice!
