GPU card not detected

Dear all,

I have a workstation with Linux mint and two GPU cards, a radeon 550 for driving the display and a RTX 4000 quadro for simulations. The 535 Nvidia drivers are installed via the OS ‘Driver manager’ interface, however the nvidia-smi report says “No devices were found”. The RTX is found when I execute ‘lspci’ whatsoever. Are there any ideas?

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.

says it all.

I connected only 6 pins out of 8 - my mistake.
Thank you very much!!
