I’m experiencing significant graphical glitches when entering the first city in the Final Fantasy XVI demo. The issue appears immediately upon entering the city area, leading to distorted visuals that affect gameplay. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Final Fantasy XVI demo.
Progress to the first city area.
Observe graphical glitches upon entering.

## Symptoms
FSR3 frame generation doesn't generate frames, messes up with the frame time.
## Reproduction
Just install demo and get past the intro (~2 min), skip cutscenes for better testing, toggling FSR3 Frame generation on/off as well as any other setting doesn't make frame generation work properly
Solution : VKD3D_CONFIG=no_invariant_position %command%
VKD3D_CONFIG=no_invariant_position %command% fix the gitch in the city but not after
