is there a card available for the server "HP DL385 G7" ?
i only see a card for "DL380"…
could anybody say me if this card will work on DL385??

I think that answers your question.
If the server is not on the Nvidia HCL please don’t try to use it. You will run into either heat or power issues which could damage the card or the server.
These cards are specialty hardware that require special considerations to run correctly.
If you need help justifying the cost of procuring new hardware please reach out to your VMware team to help show the value of running GRID for VMs.
If you’re not looking at this for your VMs then your HP account team will be able to help you out.
