GStreamer issue with 2/2-line binning mode 1920x1080 of the Sony IMX415

Hello everyone,

I have a custom sensor board of the Sony IMX415.
I receive a video stream 3840x2160 without problem using the V4L2 and GStreamer.
But when I try to receive a video stream of the 2/2-line binning mode 1920x1080 using the GStreamer I have issue.
The V4L2 video stream 1920x1080 I receive without problem.

I found out one feature - libargus does not accept odd values of the frame resolution. In my case:

active_w = " 1944";
active_h = " 1097"; // Error

Then I get errors:

you’re correct that camera software stack did not accept sensor resolution with odd values.
please also note that,
active_w and active_h represent the pixel active region; according to your sensor readout diagram, you might reduce active_w for verification.
in addition,
it usually a clock issue to enable sensors with libargus, please also refer to Sensor Pixel Clock session to review your pixel_clk_hz property.
