I have gopro hero 7 black which gives HDMI output. I want to interface it with Jetson Nano. So, is there any HDMI to CSI converter module available for Nano. And also if it’s there, can I use it for gopro7

But I am interested to know if there is any open source driver available for tc358840 HDMI to CSI-2 bridge, developed for jetson nano.

You would need to create a driver for it to interface with the our camera software stack.
