system type - 64-bit Operating System
nvidia 9800 GT

=> I download 1. CUDA Driver 2. CUDA Toolkit 3. CUDA SDK code samples (Operating System: Windows XP 64-bit)

I can’t install CUDA Driver?

if zou are talking about driver 181.20 this can be helpful
I had the same problems

edited nv4_disp.inf to add the following lines -
in section
[NVIDIA.Mfg]
%NVIDIA_G84.DEV_040C.1% = nv4_WSApps_G8x, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_040C

and

; Localizable Strings
NVIDIA_G84.DEV_040C.1 = “NVIDIA Quadro FX 570M”
