How do I install vgpu drivers for a vm on esxi?

Good morning everyone.
Premise, I have never had to deal with the use and management of servers and vgpu.
Having said that.
At work, some DELL VxRail E560F servers with esxi 7.0.2 were purchased, they all arrived pre-configured with HORIZON, NVIDIA Server for licenses, Domain controller etc etc. The first thing I wanted to understand was how to assign the graphics card to a Virtual Machine with WIN 10 pro, which I have never done. From here I discovered the vgpu and I tried assigning a random profile, a2-8q (I also tried others). I tried to download the A2 graphics card drivers from the site (the classic driver portal accessible to anyone) but it does not install them, the installation blocks giving a compatibility error. Searching online and after some candlelight dinners with ChatGpt I think I understood that you need specific drivers contained in a package that contains both the drivers for the VMs and the driver for the host to be put on esxi. Correct? ChatGpt gave me some commands to launch on esxi and I saw that a driver is actually installed, but I don’t understand if it is a generic driver or there is actually this “vgpu software”, how do I understand? where can I find these blessed drivers for the VMs? Help me clarify a little please. Sorry for the English but I use google translate.
