Also, a helpful tool to use is our Omniverse System Monitor

  • On Windows, type Omniverse System Monitor into the search bar and hit Enter
  • Also found at : C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\NVIDIA Corporation

From the screen shots you sent, is that IP address to another server in your local network that you are trying to connect too? You are already connected to your local server (localhost) and do not need to do anything.

If this is the IP of another server that has nucleus installed, you need to first make sure it has nucleus configured for sharing. On that OTHER sever need to goto the APPs tab and click on the “enable sharing” button:
