How to add HOTAS inputs to send to CloudXR server?

Currently streaming MSFS via SteamVR that is hosted on AWS. The headset is able to render the visuals but the inputs from HOTAS cannot be read. Any idea how to configure such that the HOTAS can be read as another controller input and be used in the game? Thanks!

You may have luck using a USB emulator like VirtualHere

We’ve gotten that configuration working using a memory-mapped file and parsing on the server-side. It requires custom development, though.
