how can i add hostname and port information to dhcp relay circuit-id?

in the oynx manual:

ip dhcp relay information option circuit-id

label is a fixed string,is it possible to send switch hostname and port info to dhcp server?

Currently we cannot send the switch hostname and port info.

We can send an Up to 15 alphanumeric characters describing the respective interface as described in Onyx UM
