I want to connect six MIPI CSI cameras to AGX Xavier Dev Kit. Could you please confirm whether AGX Xavier Dev Kit has 6 MIPI CSI ports to connect the cameras? If not, what are my options.

Yes, AGX support 6 above cameras. Have a check the camera HW design guide from download center.
