How to determine the IO state of the module before the power-up sequence is completed?

Hi Nvidia,

I understand that the GPIOs of the Orin can be controlled during the bootloader stage (for example, outputting high or low levels).

However, how can we know the state of the IOs during the power-up sequence as below? Thanks!
