How to enable CAN communication in Jetson Nano B01

Currently I am facing an issue with Jetson-io.py file . After running Jetson-io.py file, the Panel window is flashing and closing. so i am not able to configure the IO.

Please provide an alternate way to configure IO.

Device Jetson Nano B01 with eMC 256GB

Hi TK_S,

Is that the devkit from NVIDIA?
Our devkit seems no eMMC with 256GB…

What’s your Jetpack version in use?

How did you run Jetson-io.py? (from serial console Or terminal on your board)

Hello KevinFFF,

Thank you for your quick response…

Yes, it is the devkit from NVIDIA.

We have received the product with built in memory of 15 GB and with eMMC slot. I have added 256GB eMMC to it. This board doesn’t have any SD card slot.

Jetpack version info:
R32 (release), REVISION: 7.3, GCID: 31982016, BOARD: t210ref, EABI: aarch64

I used terminal on nano board to run Jetson-io.py (sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py), Not used any serial console.

Sorry, our devkit doesn’t have “eMMC slot”, your board seems the custom carrier board.
If you are using the custom carrier board, then jetson-io might not work for your board due to custom board design different from the devkit.

Where did you buy the board?
Could you take a picture for your board or any detail information on your board?

I bought it from Thinkrobotics, please find the below link.

Carrier board is from seed studio.

So, it is a custom carrier board from SeeedStudio rather than the devkit from NVIDIA.

Did you get the custom BSP package to flash the board?
If yes, please share the flash log from your host.

Since I haven’t received any custom BSP package, it is not installed.

I have installed only Jetpack SDK.

If it is required, could you please share the custom BSP installation package.

Hello KevinFFF,
Could you please update me on the above request
It is a week now, I stuck with this.
Looking for your support.

Sorry for the late reply due to our holidy.

You should get the custom BSP package from your vendor (SeeedStudio) because we don’t know their board design.

We have only the BSP package for our devkit on R32.7.3 release page.
