How to register custom plugin on TensorRT optimizer

Hi, any update?
Here’s i attach the onnx file i wanted to tensorrt optimize

I’ve tried to convert the opset ver to 10 similar with this issue, but not solving the issue

Trtexec from tensorRT 6.5.0.7 fails to parse onnx file; but trtexec from tensorRT 7.2 succeeds
