How to start fsync generatoor without having PTP set up - possible?

Is there a way that I have not seen in the documentation to have the fsync signal gnereate without PTP? We just reflashed an AGX box and it seems that unless we configure PTP - we don’t get an fsync signal. I don’t need it to be synched to PTP - I just need a signal generated by the TSC.

Could you check for any error messages from cam_fsync.c? This might give some insight into why the fsync signal isn’t generating.
