How to turn on TX2 when turn on the power supply without micro-controller ?

Is it possible to turn on the TX2 when the power supply is turned on, without using any micro-controller or any external circuitry ?

Hi, we don’t suggest that. There is power up sequence of all involved signals timing as you can see in OEM DG, that should be followed strictly.
