How to use Libargus API to get a single capture with ISP taking effect

It seems that it will take several frames to make the ISP parameters take effect. But what if I just want to get one single capture with ISP taking effect? Is it possible?

Assume I changed the libargus API to use infinite timeout and use a trigger to get a single image. Will this image have ISP effect?

What’s kind of effect? If you means the 3A or any feature depend on the sensor input that couldn’t possible to archive it.
