I’m guessing it’s because of the network.

I see a variety of strings that have non-english characters in them.
For example, Microsoft Windows [ 汾 10.0.22631.4169].

There are a few steps during the install and application start where this can cause a problem.

We don’t handle this case yet.

Let me see if there is a workaround for you.
