I have ubuntu 16.04 and CUDA 9.1, driver version 410.
I encountered the problem that no matter what I want to install, it gives me error, e.g.
apt-get install libtool
it always prompts me:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
cuda-libraries-dev-10-2 : Depends: libcublas-dev (>= 10.2.2.89) but it is not going to be installed
cuda-samples-10-2 : Depends: libcublas-dev (>= 10.2.2.89) but it is not going to be installed
cuda-visual-tools-10-2 : Depends: libcublas-dev (>= 10.2.2.89) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
But I’m not using any CUDA 10.2 package! Why it requires dependency of that???

And
apt-get -f
doesn’t help at all
