For Orin, only SPE R5 is open for public use.
You can download Sensor Processing Engine Sources from Jetson Linux | NVIDIA Developer.
l4t-rt/rt-aux-cpu-demo-fsp/doc/ivc.md may provide more information.
Regarding to other R5 processors, they are only for internal use in L4T BSP.
