In built power monitor

I read a few posts saying some jetson TX1 have inbuilt power monitors whose measurement can be read out using some linux commands. I already have a tx1 but it does not have that capability. Could anyone recommend me a link by which I can get boards from that revision which have power monitoring support? It would be really helpful. Thanks
