Is I2C Improved With RedHawk Linux on TX1

I am reading about RedHawk Linux as a concurrent/real-time solution for the Nvidia Jetson series.

Does RedHawk Linux improve I2C stability?

By this I mean does it eliminate the chance of I2C messages being delayed by the Linux kernel scheduler until something else finishes?

Also as a bonus: does RedHawk Linux offer any Hardware PWM support?

I don’t have answer for this, please try to find the relevant info from RedHawk Linux community.
