Is it support dsc slice selectable when use high bandwidth?

hi. i use RTX4070.

i heard someone when use high bandwidth, DSC only support 8slice or higher.
but, my device support up to 4slice.
i want to make 4K X 4K @ 120Hz, 24bits with DSC 1.2, 4Slice.
Dose RTX4070 support this ??
plz. check high bandwidth only support 8slice or higher, is it right.
If possible, recommand me GPU device this resolution and slice support GPU device .
