As for your comments in Isaac Sim 5.0 ROS2 Navigation doesn't work with ROS2 Jazzy on Ubuntu 24.04 with latest updates - #19 by infox22oo, in the second terminal where you are launching the carter_navigation ROS2 node, you need to source python 3.12 build.

source /opt/ros/jazzy/setup.bash
cd IsaacSim-ros_workspaces
source jazzy_ws/install/setup.bash

Or you can run the ROS2 launch file in the docker.
