Isaac Sim installation error

Hello,

I’m having problems installing Isaac Sim on my PC. When I try to install Isaac Sim on Omniverse I get following error:

Error occurred during installation of Isaac Sim: Command failed: “/home/mario/.local/share/isaac_sim-2021.2.1/omni.isaac.sim.post.install.sh”
ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘extension_examples/examples’: File exists

I apologize in advance if it is some banal problem, but I have little experience with Omniverse, and a little bit of help would do.

Hi try uninstalling that version of Isaac Sim then remove the folder below if it exists.
/home/mario/.local/share/isaac_sim-2021.2.1
Next reinstall Isaac Sim.

I meet the same issue . I delete the isaac_sim-2021.2.1 folder and reinstall on omniverse , but the issue occurs again

@fzg7919 Please share your installation log file with the error.
Here’s the path to the log file:
~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/launcher.log

and my isaacsim folder path is : /home/narwal/.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2021.2.1
this is no isaacsim folder under " /home/narwal/.local/share"

Try uninstalling Isaac Sim then remove the folder below if it still exists:
/home/narwal/.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2021.2.1
Then re-install Isaac Sim.
