Issue: Course stuck at 33% - Certificate not available

Hello DLI Support Team,

I have completed all the tasks in the Deep Learning course and passed the final assessment.
However, my course progress is stuck at 33%, and the “Assess Task” shows as Failed.
Because of this, I cannot access or download my certificate.
