Hi,I have got a problem.The web page"https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/jetpack-l4t-3_1"is under going maintenance for some days.So,I can’t download a jetpack3.1 to do my work.

When will this page return to normal? or can you provide me another way to download the jetpack3.1.
