For this “failed to open swrast” issue, could you try to link the libdrm.so.2 to libdrm.so.2.4.0?
/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libdrm.so.2 → /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libdrm.so.2.4.0.
