JetPack 5.1.4 Installation Failed with SDK Manager (Jetson AGX Orin 64 GB Dev Kit)

I am facing the same issue as JetPack 5.1.1 Installation Failed with SDK Manager (Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit) .

Unable to flash from my Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS to Jetson Orin board. I have herewith attached errors shown during flashing. I am not using an external SD card as my Orin has 64GB eMMC built-in.

Hi,

Press EXPORT LOGS and attach the zip file for us to review.
Also some questions to confirm:

  • Is AGX Orin a devkit or custom carrier board?
  • Is Ubuntu running on a physical machine or virtual machine (e.g. WSL, VirtualBox, VMware)?

  • Is Ubuntu running on a physical machine or virtual machine (e.g. WSL, VirtualBox, VMware)? I am uring a physical Ubuntu laptop and not a VM.

I see some error logs

Error: Reading board information failed.

Have you put your device in recovery mode before the flashing process?
Please refer to this doc to verify whether the device in recovery mode.
