Jetpack missing

Hello, I am currently using a Jetson Orin Nano 16GB version and have encountered the following issues:

The development board was originally running JetPack 6.0. I upgraded it to JetPack 7.2 using a USB flash drive. The system boots up normally, and I have installed the CUDA toolkit. I would like to achieve higher power limits and GPU frequencies, but I am running into the following problems:

When I use jetson_release to check the JetPack version, it shows as “missing.” However, when I run dpkg -l | grep -E "nvidia-(jetpack|l4t-core)", it does show that the system has it installed. Then, when I use jetson_clocks to lock the frequency, jtop shows that the GPU frequency is only 918 MHz — which is the same frequency as on JetPack 6.0.

After that, I checked the power limits and found that the maximum is only 25W — the 40W option does not appear.

To be honest, this is quite puzzling, and I haven’t been able to find the cause. That’s why I’m posting this thread — to ask for your help.

Thank you for your assistance. If the issue can be resolved, I would be extremely grateful, as it would be a huge help to me.

。。。 I reinstalled jtop, and now it can’t detect the GPU.

Hi,

We cannot reproduce the issue.

Please try to reflash the device.

Thanks
