Jetson AGX Orin 64GB showing blank screen after nvidia logo

Hi, I’m having issue with jetson AGX Orin 64Gb varient. It is showing blank screen after Nvidia logo. Is it due to sudden shutdown due to electricity? I’m attaching log files which I got using USB debug option.

Hi,

looks like your device fails to boot into the main storage device for many times, so it now enters the recovery image.
Please try this method to revert back to direct boot and dump the log again:

Hi, Please try below method and it will go back to direct Boot again. Press ESC to enter UEFI Menu, then choose Device Manager → NVIDIA Configuration → L4T Configuration → OS chain A status → (The value is Unbootable if UEFI attemps recovery kernel) choose Normal → Save and exit, reboot, UEFI will try Direct Boot.

I did the configuration but still it shows above message and restarts the system automatically.

Then sounds like the case. The rootfs is corrupted so please re-flash the device to recover it.

Can we recover the data? Also I have a question that what methods should we use to prevent the rootfs from getting corrupt if the device is deployed in production .

You can flash a USB drive with SDK Manager, boot into the system on the USB drive and mount the eMMC partition to get your data back.

I think nothing can prevent it if it’s caused by electricity loss…
