Jetson AGX Xavier failed to reboot

Hi,
We user Jetson AGX Xavier . The l4T version is R35.6.0 (JetPack 5. Linux Kernel 5.10). We design the carrier board ourselves.
When we reboot the device, we find that there is a probability that the reboot will fail (it gets stuck at a certain point). Below are the points where the reboot gets stuck:

Below is the output of a normal reboot:

It seems that when the reboot fails, it gets stuck at GPU shutdown?
The probability of this problem occurring is approximately 1%.
Please help us.

We performed the following timing control during normal power-on and power-off:

Is it necessary to perform similar power sequencing control during reboot?

Hi,

Could you remove some peripherals on your board first and see if such removal could lead to the issue disappear?

We can try removing the peripherals from the PCIe bus.
Your suggestion is too broad. Are there any specific concerns? Could you let us know?
In addition,Is it necessary to perform similar power sequencing control during reboot?

No, it is common to remove peripheral by either hardware or software when hitting such random reboot issues

Please refer to latest version of Jetson AGX Xavier Series Safety Enabled OEM Product Design Guide version 2.8 for the power sequencing.

Do you use Power Button Supervisor MCU in your design? Also, please follow similar power sequencing for reboot and allow sufficient time between Power ON/OFF cycles to allow all the power rails to discharge fully. Use active discharge circuits and fine tune them as needed to meet power off sequencing requirements. The power sequencing shown is for the Xavier SOC and subsystem components only. However, you also need to check power sequencing for other system components like ethernet devices if the power tree is different from our carrier board design. Could you check/confirm all other devices are power cycled correctly?
