That is scheduled to be release before the last week in May.

@jerjer920813 in the meantime you can build your desired container configuration from GitHub - dusty-nv/jetson-containers: Machine Learning Containers for NVIDIA Jetson and JetPack-L4T

Also the R36.2 container images are compatible with R36.3.
