Jetson Nano 2gb developer kit not booting

A few days ago I tried to flash the newest image for the jetson nano onto the sd card (with belena etcher). After that I was able to set username and password on first boot. After rebooting there was no more response on all input/output devices (keyboard, monitor, etc). Flashing the old image on the sd card did not work, using another sd card did not work either. Flashing with SDK Manager did not work (the jetson nano is not detected as a device if connected with micro USB to another pc). So I bought a USB- to TTL Adapter. The output in minicom indicates a corrupted TOS partition:

I have no experience with this kind of problem and don’t even know where to start searching in the forum and what topics are relevant for further error analysis. So thanks for any help :)

Please reflash the board with sdkmanager. sdcard image cannot save this situation.
