My Jetson Nano doesn’t auto-on when the power is on. According to the documentation, POWER_EN must be high to auto-on. I don’t know what I did wrong.

What you shared is only a part of schematic. You can refer to the Nano Design Guide and P3449 schematic in DLC. The key point is to implement a logic circut for auto power on as below showing in P3449 schematic.
