I am able to power up the Jetson Development Kit B01 no issue with a 5V4A power supply (barrel jack). However after I shut down the nano, when I turn on the main switch of the power supply, the nano does not power up. I have to remove the barrel jack and reinsert. This will allow the nano to Power up again. Is there any way I can allow the nano to power up automatically when there is power.

The default setting is auto-power-on when power supply plug in. Only when connect pin 5 and 6 of J50, the auto-power-on will be disabled.

I read the manual. I did ensured that J50 pins are not connected. It could be the power supply

That may because the discharging of capacitors in power adapter is not completed. You can confirm that by shorting VDD to ground after shutdown and then turn on the supply.
