Jetson Nano Module / Dev Kit - BoM / Part Numbering

Confusion around part numbering on Jetson Nano Module. Jetson part numbers found here https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/faq#jetson-part-numbers.

Jetson Nano Module has one listed SKU: 900-13448-0020-000 which I am relatively sure has 16GB emmc.

All well and good, but I am pretty sure that there are at minimum 3, if not more, Jetson Nano Modules.

The original Jetson Nano Dev Kit, SKU 945-13450-0000-000, which I think is the rev A02 board, had a Module with a microSD card slot (part number?).

The updated Jetson Nano Dev Kit, SKU 945-13450-0000-100, which is probably the rev B01 board, which also has a Module with a microSD card slot (part number?), but is compatible with the production Module (presumably 900-13448-0020-000?).

Pretty sure there are also some 2GB variants floating around, but not particularly concerned about those.

Yes, the 900 is the module. P/N.

The 945 is the devkit P/N, which included microSD slot,

  • 945-13450-0000-000 developer kit contains:
    • module with A02 PCB
    • carrier board with A02 PCB
  • 945-13450-0000-100 developer kit contains:
    • module with B01 (or later) PCB revision
    • carrier board with B01 (or later) PCB revision

Yes, Jetson Nano eMMC module can be compatible with the B01 or later carrier board.
