Hello,
I was running an update on the Nano and unfortunately had a power outage in my area, after this my Jetson Nano shows me the following screen.
At first I though it was a Software issue, so I swapped SD cards with my other Nano, but the problem was persistent where as the other Nano with the supposedly corrupted SD Card works fine.
PS. I cant go into recovery mode either, I did short the Force Recovery and reset Pins together.
And even gave both of them 5V but still no USB Devices were listed.

please follow the quick start guide here to make sure you really enter the recovery mode.
If you still cannot see usb device after you put board into recovery mode, please also try different host machines.
