Jetson nano weight

Hi,
I am confused about the jetson nano module aka SOM weight.If i am buying the module only will it have any heatsink on it(question 1).If there is no heat sink what will be it’s weight(question 2).if it’s coming with the heat sink what will be it’s weight(question 3).
