Jetson NX Decoding capability

How many H.264 1080P30 streams can Jetson NX decode?
In the spec, it is said to be 32 streams.
I tried with Deepstream 5.0, it can run up to 16 H.264 streams @ 1080P30.
In the spec, it also says 4 x 4K30, if I do my math right, 4K = 4 x 1080P, so it should be 16 x 1080P30.
Please confirm.

16 1080p30 is capability of Xavier NX.
