When the power mode of Jetson Orin NX 16GB is set to MAXN, will the power exceed 25W?

Does system throttling necessarily limit power to less than 25W？
If MAXN will be limited to 25W, what is the difference between MAXN and 25W?

Actually running on MAXN is not suggested. Orin NX device has its power budget.

You should customize your nvpmodel config to make sure your own usecase can run under specific power mode and that mode does not go into overcurrent situation.
