Is the Jetson Thor capable of GPU Direct Zero Copy DMA for Camera over Ethernet on the MGBE interface? Also, can it be done without a ConnectX Smart NIC?

Thor MGBE gives CoE hardware offload and zero-copy frame delivery into host/application buffers without a ConnectX SmartNIC, but ConnectX is still the documented requirement for the RoCE/GPUDirect RDMA path into GPU memory.
