They should be available late Feb/March timeframe.
is the price going to stay at 199$ per module (if I remember this correctly)?
It was $299 per 1K units, or depending on distributor around $330 for single unit.

There was a delay in the standalone module due to production qualifications. They are now slated to be available in May from the same distributors listed above.
